Meet Cepha, the heart behind Cantares VCF's volunteer team. As our Volunteer Coordinator, Cepha brings energy and dedication to every event we organize — from choir concerts to special celebrations. Her most impressive feat was the coordination of 60 to 70 volunteers for the Venezuelan Culture Days (2013-2022), she seamlessly manages schedules, rotations, and roles to keep everything running smoothly. In October 2025 Cepha coordinated the first Cantares VCF's Bolero-Musical a true new challenge.

When she is not coordinating, you can find Cepha lending her voice to the soprano section of La Parranda Venezolana.
